When you see a healthy chia pudding like this, your think that it’s extremely hard to make it look like that.
It’s exactly the opposite. Making a chia seed pudding has never been easier.
Maybe the fancy and rich looking dish makes you think like that. Try to make this recipe and you’ll see what I’m talking about.
Now, back to basics.
Sugar cravings are the worst. Your mind receives a very powerful thought that you need to eat something “sugary” and it won’t quit until you do so.
90% of the people fall under that influence. They don’t know how to control that. I keep saying that’s okay until you learn how to keep it locked in some dark chamber of your mind.
I might be saying that, but it’s not okay. Sugar is poison and cutting it should be the first step towards becoming a healthy person.
Luckily you have me to tell you when you are wrong and when you are right about something.
This amazing chia pudding recipe you will see below is just perfect to calm down your sugar cravings.
You should cook it every day in order to have it “ready to eat” in the fridge.
It looks weird, but wait until you give it a taste.
Let’s dig in:
- ¼ cup almond milk
- 1/3 can coconut milk
- 2 tbsp. chia seeds
- Drop 2 tbsp. of chia seeds into a jar with a lid
- Add ¼ cup of almond and the coconut milk
- Shake the jar very well
- Leave the mixture to sit for a half hour letting the seeds expand
- This will create a nice gelatinous texture of the pudding
- Top it with fresh berries, raw honey and almonds for a fiber finish.
See? – It wasn’t as hard as you imagined. This easy recipe will help you when you need it the most.
Plus, it makes a perfect dessert when you have a couple of friends in your home.
