Getting your child to sleep at night can be one of the most frustrating things about parenthood, but imagine rather than acting up, your child couldn’t sleep because of a medical condition.
Autism is a disease which can have negative effects on all aspects of life, and it can make it impossible for children to have restful sleeps. In 2006, a one-year-old boy, Ethan, was diagnosed with Autism and he couldn’t sleep for more than 2 hours- day or night.
After hearing about the benefits for Autism sufferers to go gluten-free, Ethan’s mother decided to eliminate wheat and dairy from his diet. And miraculously, after 20 months in a row of him not sleeping, within 3 days Ethan was sleeping through the night.
Going gluten-free work because it changes and improves the gut-brain connection. Many children with autism have a sensitivity to wheat because they have a higher level of antibodies which react to the gluten found in wheat, the child’s body will try to fight it like it’s a foreign object.
A new study published in the Journal of Child Neurology confirms the that going gluten free has huge potential to reverse the severity of autism and seizures

Here’s Ethan’s Interview:
Many people are wary of the gluten-free diet, seeing it as a fad or a scam, but we have real scientific prove that it can drastically improve the quality of life for autistic children. Many people all over the country, and indeed the world are seeing the real benefits of this diet for themselves and their children.
It’s easy to follow too, with the other range of health benefits that come from cutting dairy and wheat from your diet, gluten-free products are now commonplace in most food stores.
