- 7 gr of cinnamon
- 1 cup of instant oatmeal
- 40 gr of crushed almonds
- 40 gr of raw honey
- 1 cup (250 ml) of water
- 1 cup of raw natural orange juice
- Two cups of sliced pineapple chunks
- First, cook the instant oatmeal normally. Then, add hot water and let it cool.
