If you’re looking for hair loss remedies, you landed on the right article. We spoke to the experts to get the absolute best way to prevent hair loss.
Whether you’ve just noticed a thinning hairline or you’re constantly trying to hide your bald spot, there’s a good chance you’ve tried at least one product to keep your hair. And while there are myriad products designed to fight hair loss, it can sometimes be hard to tell which methods to trust and which to toss.
One hard truth: Hair loss is mostly out of your control. “Baldness comes down to your genes,” says Frederick Joyce, M.D., founder of Rejuvenate! Med Spa and a member of the International Society for Hair Restoration Surgery. “If you have the baldness gene, there are some natural remedies that may make your hair stronger and healthier to slow your hair loss slightly—but they won’t prevent you from going bald. Still, maintaining hair health by eating well and using the right products—combined with medical-grade treatments—can really work all together to help you have a fuller, thicker head of hair.”
It is not easy to achieve a beautiful, healthy, and shiny hair. All the products you buy at the stores may have not provided the wanted results. For that reason we are providing you with a fantastic recipe.
- 2 tbsp. of shampoo (the one you usually use) and conditioner;
- 1 tbsp. of malic acid;
- 1 tbsp. of castor oil;
- 1 egg yolk.
How to prepare it:
First separate the yolk from the white, placing it in a suitable container. Then add the castor oil in the yolk, as well as the malic acid and mix well. Afterwards, add the shampoo and the balm/conditioner, mixing well to get it dense as yogurt.
How to apply it:
Apply it on wet hair previously washed, and then put a nylon cloth bag. Let it stay for 20 minutes, and then rinse your hair with water. Apply your conditioner with each wash as it will help in achieving the best effects in shorter time. If you apply it in a period of 2-3 weeks, then you may make a schedule to use it in a single wash. The dose of this balm is enough for medium hair, but if you have long hair, then you should increase the dose.
